Comma separator

What is the comma separator?

The comma separator converts a list with one item per line, such as a column copied from Excel, into a single line separated by commas, semicolons, pipes, spaces or tabs, and back. Wrap each item in single or double quotes to build SQL IN lists or code arrays.

Spaces can be trimmed, empty items skipped and duplicates removed in the same step.

How to use the comma separator

  1. 1Paste the list.
  2. 2Choose the direction, the delimiter and the quotes.
  3. 3Copy the result.
