1. Agreement
Mota-SEO ("Mota-SEO", "we", "us") is run by ToolMusk. By using the website, its tools or its reports you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
2. The service
Mota-SEO offers SEO reports that audit a web page, and online tools for SEO, websites, developers and content. Some tools run entirely in your browser; others run on our servers and fetch the websites or the data you ask for.
The results are generated automatically and are provided for information. They may contain errors or change over time, and they are not professional advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on them.
3. Accounts
You can use many features without an account. If you create one, give a valid email address, keep your login private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
4. Free use and limits
Free use is limited to 5 SEO reports per day and 10 uses of each server tool per day, per IP address. The limits start again every day at midnight (India time). The tools that run in your browser have no limit.
We may change the free limits, or temporarily limit any use that slows down the service for others.
5. Pro plans and payments
Pro removes the daily limits. It is sold for one month, one year or a lifetime, at the prices shown on the pricing page, in Indian rupees with GST included.
- Each purchase is a single payment through Razorpay. Pro does not renew automatically and we never charge you again without your action.
- A monthly plan lasts 30 days and a yearly plan 365 days from activation. If you buy while Pro is active, the new time is added to the time left.
- "Lifetime" means for as long as we run Mota-SEO, including the Pro features we add later.
- Coupon codes are valid only within their limits (number of uses, plan) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the tools to attack, overload or scan websites, servers or networks you are not allowed to test;
- get around the daily limits, for example with many IP addresses or automated scripts;
- copy, resell or scrape the website, the reports or the tools in bulk;
- send illegal, harmful or private data of others to the tools, including the webhook tester;
- break any law that applies to you.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund for the abuse.
7. Your content
You keep the rights to the URLs, text and files you submit. You give us the permission needed to process them to run the tool or the report you asked for. Text and files used by the in-browser tools never leave your device.
8. Our content
Mota-SEO, its design, its texts and its software belong to ToolMusk. You may share the reports and use the results of the tools freely, but not copy the website itself.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always available, error-free, or that it will improve your search rankings.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost rankings.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of our registered location, India, after we have first tried to solve them together in good faith.
