Convert a JSON array of objects into a CSV file.
The JSON to CSV converter turns an array of JSON objects into rows and columns. Nested objects become columns with dotted names (address.city), arrays are kept as JSON, and every key found in any object gets its own column.
Choose a comma, semicolon, tab or pipe delimiter. Use a semicolon when the file will be opened in Excel with European regional settings.
Nested objects become dotted column names.
Keys missing from some objects leave empty cells.
Values with delimiters, quotes or line breaks are quoted.
Save the result as data.csv.
An array of objects works best. An object containing a single array, like {"data": [...]}, is unwrapped automatically.
They're written as JSON text in a single cell.
Excel expects the delimiter of your regional settings. Try the semicolon delimiter, or use Data → From Text/CSV.
